Happy Cinco De Mayo! Mark and I arrived at our cabin in Grand Lake, Colorado yesterday afternoon around 3pm. Mark has already made friends with the neighbors across the culdisac.
After a quick trip to Kansas City to see Mark's 93 year old Grandma, we set off on I-70 to Denver. Turning North at Denver, we drove 2 hours through the mountains. Here is a photo of Mark and the 4-runner cruising through the Berthod Pass.
Tonight after our Cinco De Mayo celebration at the local mexican restaurant, we saw a moose walking down Main St. Tomorrow we will go on our first hike. We will be sure to post some more pictures up soon.
